Parking Rates

The Calgary Parking Authority manages and operates approximately 5,000 on-street stalls and 7,961 stalls in surface lots and parkades. We accept payment by coin or credit card at all locations on-street, in our surface lots and in our parkades. We also offer payment by cell phone. When Calgarians choose to park in CPA facilities, they are choosing to help our city. All surplus funds are returned to the City of Calgary and used to fund operations like libraries, recreational centres and other city services. Last year, the CPA returned $13.1M to the City of Calgary. On average CPA’s rates are 15 per cent lower than the rates charged by its competitors.
