How to Request a Receipt

If you require a receipt from your ParkPlus transaction, we can mail or fax a copy to you.

Please email parkplusadmin@calgaryparking.com or fax 403-537-7001 with the following information:

• date you parked
• your license plate
• your contact information including a mailing address or fax number to send the receipt to.
